MediaMarkt hatte mir an der Hotline gesagt, ich können jederzeit vorbei kommen und so stand ich vor einer Mitarbeiterin die mir dann mitteilte, dass kein Servicetechniker da wäre und der erst am nächsten Tag Mittags wieder im Haus sei.
Drauf hin fragte ich, ob ich das Gerät denn schon dalassen könne, dann könnte der Techniker ja direkt am nächsten Tag anfangen. "Nein" war die Antwort, also bin ich ziemlich sauer von dannen gezogen.
Dann viel mir ein, dass eine Etage tiefer Handy Reparatur 2GO ein, also gleich hin und nachgefragt.
Der Techniker sagte, das Display könnte man theoretisch sofort tauschen, der Rahmen wäre allerdings nicht am Lager. Er könne das Ersatzteil aber bestellen, es sei am nächsten Tag gegen Mittag da. Und klar könne ich das Smartphone dalassen, sobald das Teil käme, würde es gleich gemacht und man würde mich anrufen.
Kurzum, heute um 15:30 klingelte das Telefon, das Gerät sei fertig, ich könne es abholen.
